''Global Insulator Group' 'is the managing company with united capacities and competitive advantages of two well-known manufacturers of insulators: JSC "Yuzhnouralsky Insulators and Fittings Plant", Russia and "Lviv Insulator Company Ltd.", Ukraine.
The Lviv Insulator Company produces suspension and pin glass insulators, and also group of line and fix polymeric insulators. Production of high-voltage glass insulators was launched at The Lviv Insulator Plant in 1965. For 40 years they have produced more than 260 million insulators successfully used on electric transmission lines from 0,4 kV to 1150 kV in more than 45 countries around the world. This is an indisputable proof of their high quality and reliability.
The quality management system of both plants JSC YuAIZ and LIC Ltd. is certified according to the international standard ISO 9001. Insulators are produced in accordance with IEC 60305, 60383 and tested in world-trusting testing facilities like KEMA (Holland), VEIKI-VNL (Hungary), Helsinki University of Technology (Finland), Laboratorio de Alta Tension (Argentina).
